Apostille a U.S. document for use in Morocco
Morocco is a Hague Apostille party since 2016 — most U.S. public documents no longer need embassy legalization.
Morocco is a party to the Hague Apostille Convention, so most U.S. public documents no longer need embassy legalization. Get the document notarized if required, then request an apostille from the Secretary of State of the issuing U.S. state. Federal documents go through the U.S. Department of State. Carry a certified French or Arabic translation if the Moroccan office requires it.
