Legalize a Moroccan diploma for U.S. employers or graduate school

WES/ECE credential evaluation + certified translation is the standard path; apostille on the original may be required for licensing.

For U.S. employment or graduate admission, most institutions accept (1) a certified Arabic/French-to-English translation by an ATA-certified translator and (2) a credential evaluation from WES (World Education Services) or ECE. Some professional licensing contexts additionally require an apostille on the original from the Moroccan Ministry of Foreign Affairs. WES turnaround is typically 2–4 weeks.
