For real estate, family, or banking matters in Morocco, consular notarization is often the cleanest route. Bring your identity documents and the full information of the person you are authorizing. Consular-notarized POAs are directly recognized in Morocco — a US notary + apostille is possible but more likely to be questioned by Moroccan registries.
